We specialize in Event Furniture Design and its Image Concept: from Decorative Ideation to Artistic Production, in our Interventions we include, as a rental, our Furniture Collections and specific Complementary Services dedicated to the perfect Staging of each Event.
We are the beating heart and the expert hands of Artisan Makers, Apparatus, Toolmakers, Setters, Decorators and Decorators, we reserve our exclusive work by selecting interventions in compliance with a precise professional ethic, strong in a tangible sector experience and prestigious working collaborations, we can design, create and support the perfect Staging of each Event.
As an alternative to the Event Furniture Design, we can offer the Rental Service Only of our Collections and without the Conception and Design and Operational/Complementary/Support Services.
Attention: we inform you that for rental/lease supplies that concern: Equipment for banqueting/catering such as chairs, boards/tables, tablecloths/napkins, mise en place with dishes, cutlery, rather than Articles/objects for decorative/display purposes for specific setups dedicated to the wedding event, for example: welcome frames/tableau, containers/confetti, structures/food presentation and for everything that is not included in our E-book and that we can consequently provide through our collaborations, applying for a quote means providing personalized research consultancy (see point 6).
In function of a Floral Decorative Design, Lighting and Light Design, Textile Architecture, Ceremony Service and Fabric Arrangements, we will be able to support these types of interventions if in the presence of a Furnishing Setting and the relative contractual perfection.
Our work standard is focused on the high level of quality of the final result and not on the quantity of materials to be supplied and/or a plurality of interventions to be carried out on a specific date.
2- Where can I see the price list of each of your individual pieces of furniture?
We do not propose ourselves as rental companies of materials and in each proposal we think first of all about the standard production of an intervention and about our minimum performance values.
If you need our furnishing elements of the Rental Service Only service , in addition to the specific value referred to the furnishing setting, each proposal is reasoned on a number of personnel to reserve for you, times, logistics, exclusive transport with calculation of loading plans/weights/volumes and goods handling.
While, if you entrust us with the conception and design of a furnishing setting with Complementary/Operational/Support Services, we will reserve all our expertise regarding the design analysis and specific technical apparatus with extremely specialized professional figures for the event production.
Through our specific consultancy services dedicated to the conception and design of the Furnishing Setting, you will find the right support to evaluate each intervention and balance the costs of the services.
3- Can I personally arrange for the collection/return of your items independently?
No, we offer a qualitatively superior logistics service and specific and exclusive transfer of our materials, situations that we guarantee with an adequate material preparation phase, specific means of transport and highly specialized personnel to guarantee impeccable elements and as good as new.

4- Can I arrange a Rental Supply with your Transport Service?
Yes, but after evaluation with respect to a minimum value that we observe in each of our interventions.

5- How do your operational Set-up services differ from a Set-up Service that characterizes a furnishing setting intervention?
Those who prefer us generally entrust us with a type of intervention that includes our skills, our professional experience, the care we have for the smallest details, for our overall vision and above all, for the complete support and assistance on site in the space set-up phase that we will dedicate to you on the day of the event:
this is our exclusive Set-up Service (extra service) where we will suggest how to create the perfect scenographic context for your event.
While in what is a simply Preparation Service , the phase of designing the furnishing of the event spaces is your exclusive responsibility, in the estimate phase you will send us the layout for the placement of the furnishing elements.
Our staff will arrange the materials as you yourself indicate and you will take care of the production/timing plan and the logistics management of the other operators involved in the event.
The time limit of our Services and collection of materials corresponds to the end of the catering service, if your need is to maintain our settings for entertainment with a DJ set / Disco and if you guarantee us to have an Order and Safety Supervision Service, we can provide an Extra Time.
NB Upholstered furniture, wooden and fabric sofas and armchairs, cushions, carpets etc.
THEY CANNOT BE LEFT OUTDOORS IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER BEFORE, DURING OR AFTER THE EVENT AND IN ANY CASE NEVER DURING THE NIGHT.
If this indication is not respected and the material is exposed to humidity or rain, the cost of replacement will be charged in addition to a penalty for the damage caused to our company.
A security deposit is required, the amount of which varies depending on the total order and the value of the rented goods.
The deposit may be refunded in full if no damage or missing items are found, otherwise the deposit will be released in full only after the payment of the invoice relating to the costs of replacing the missing, broken or damaged items.
6- Do you have something in mind but can't find it?
We love to customize every situation: whether it's a pouf seat, a vintage piece to be made in a specific color, scenographic situations with the creation of wings, backdrops, custom platforms, textile customizations; we love challenges but in all requests for artisanal productions based on specific customer needs, the times of the dedicated labor must be taken into account and it will be necessary to be able to evaluate your needs in time.
We inform you that customized research and tailor-made creations, the relative estimates are not free and are considered as consultancy services and practice management costs if a contractual completion does not occur.
7- How can I proceed to request a quote?
It is necessary to always distinguish between a simple estimate for a rental supply to be carried out with our associated operational logistics services, rather than a consultancy at the design, ideational, creative, illustrative/rendering, technical and development level for the furnishing spaces setting.

The Intervention Evaluation that we dedicate to you is a free courtesy service, a rough economic estimate that does not include creative and technical consultancy for the conception, translation and interpreting services, presentation/illustration of the proposal, in-studio/remote meetings and requests with project urgency .
With a positive response to the economic term that we will then indicate to you in the evaluation, after confirmation of technical implementation verification, we will send you a binding proposal and define the contractual phase.
If you need specific support regarding the conception and development of the setting, these services will be provided to you only following the contractual completion.

8- How much do the various operational, support and complementary services cost?
Do you want a floor plan for the furniture arrangement? Do you need our support and dedicated assistance during the day of your event? Do you want a design/evaluation for the floral area and for the Light Design? Do you want to know how to compose and mix the textures/finishes and colors of our furnishing elements to obtain a setting with a sure effect? Do you want style advice regarding a single scenographic element or to create a personalized furnishing setting? Do you want our immediate attention via a call or an appointment? Do you want an immediate quote and are you a professional in the sector who wants to entrust us with the furnishing design with the relative presentation of the idea proposal to your client?
We will be at your complete disposal regarding specific consultancy services, situations that can take place both in the studio and remotely or on site, we will give you our exclusive focus on helping, advising, as well as assisting you on the basis of what will be your precise needs that we will support with all our twenty-year experience in the scenographic and decorative field in the events industry.
The costs of consultancy and various extra services are not included in a simple evaluation/estimate of the intervention and will be agreed upon in advance on a case-by-case basis and specifically for complementary services and such as for example Floral design or Light design, they will be contemplated only if in addition to our primary concept of Furnishing setting and in the presence of contractual perfection.
9- Where can I view all the Furniture Collections live?
Our furniture collections are not intended for sale and do not require display.
We offer an adequate level of logistics service with specific custody, storage and handling activities and the elements of our furniture collections are specifically collected from our warehouses during the preparation of each of our specific scenographic settings.
Requesting to view furniture elements in our studio in what is a knowledge/proposition phase is therefore equivalent to providing proof of installation and provision of personalized consultancy in your favor.
To simplify a simple proposal phase, all our collections are visible through images of our creations, both available on our Social and on our E-Book.
We remain at your disposal for a further and specific sending of extremely detailed images.
While, relating to interventions already formally contracted where the customer entrusts us with a specific phase of extra realization/customization, we can dedicate a development phase always appropriate to the case.
10- Do you have minimum interventions?
Yes, in an extremely balanced vision between service costs and for example those of distance, labor and travel, transportation, porterage, set-up/setup, materials involved in each realization and periods of high work seasonality, we prefer to hypothesize interventions with a specific minimum value. However, we always make ourselves available to carefully analyze each situation that is requested of us.
11- I am organizing a photo shoot and I am interested in having your items, how can I do it?
Give us a detailed list of the materials you are interested in with reference places and times, we will evaluate our availability to carry out this type of intervention and we will propose you a dedicated quote including our transport and set-up services.
12- Do you also deal with Event Organization?
Are you a professional in the sector, Wedding or Event Planner or other operator in the sector and do you offer your client a consultancy service for event planning?
Let us know in advance when calculating costs, indicate your specific role and fill out the intervention evaluation form;
we will reserve you preferential price conditions that vary based on the total value of the supply and implying that the complete management of the end customer during the ideation, proposal and choice phase is your exclusive responsibility.
Remember that to be included in a free intervention evaluation, you will have to indicate your choice preferences in terms of articles, quantities and colours of each individual piece of furniture, as well as obviously all the information strictly necessary for a calculation of the costs of operational services involving our staff and our means of transport:
While you operate as an Agency and Business Broker, you can ask us to reserve a commission for you in writing and in advance of the formulation of the estimate with the following criterion:
-For the agency that takes care of putting us in contact with a client with whom the contract will actually be concluded positively and will leave the task of managing the ideation/proposition phase to our studio, the commission is *5%.
-The agency that takes care of the mediation entirely and is able to manage the event planning for its client, carrying out technical diligence, planning diligence, interpreting diligence, taking care of the furniture/accessories selection phase and negotiation development, identifying and resolving possible impediments to the contractual completion, following the process for the definition of the service, organizing the payment schedule and supporting all the administrative/fiscal/accounting procedures with its client, we will be able to recognize up to *10% commission.
In order to apply a commission/commission/fee we will make a specific agreement, it is necessary to request in advance and in writing to reserve this method for you and this must absolutely happen before a calculation and drafting of our estimate.
We refer you to the previous point 7 to request a no-obligation economic evaluation and it is important to underline that the entire analysis phase that identifies the characteristics of the project to develop a quote with the main characteristics, resources, activities and timing of the event, must be managed by the person in charge of event planning and the person requesting compensation from us (commission/fee/provision).
We would like to inform you that in the proposal, evaluation and economic estimate phase that you request from us, we will not be able to provide free support of an ideational/projectual nature (for example works, activities, services, work plan, program, prospectus, translations, drawing, sketch, plan, choices, styles, calculation, measurements, ideas, intentions) and you will always have to refer to the previous point 8 dedicated to our consultancy services.
* The commission may be recognized in exchange for a minimum value of rental material supply and not on our Transport/Operational/Support Services.
*Payment will be made upon presentation of the Professional/Operator/Agency invoice.
